Create your department's KPI dashboard once, enter data daily, and show it on the hospital smart TV.
Set up your department dashboard
New department: fill in and press Save. Existing department: enter its name and password, then press Edit.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Roll-up: Sum = totals (e.g. patients seen); Average = rates/percentages (e.g. bed occupancy); Last value = point-in-time (e.g. stock level). Weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual values are computed automatically from your daily entries. Set a target and direction so off-target days are flagged automatically.

Open dashboard & enter daily data
Enter your department name, password and date, then press Load.
DAILY DATA
Press Display to open the TV screen view (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual results, flags and reminders). Open it on the smart TV browser — it signs in with this department automatically on this device, or ask the TV to enter the name and password once.
